Debbie provides a range of stimulating learning events to facilitate individual development and team building. Her interactive workshops are built around robust best practice learning techniques that cater to multiple learning styles and are tailored to meet organizational needs.
In addition to our knowledge and expertise, Debbie believes that our behaviors have a profound impact on our success at work. She designs workshops and longer programs that focus on behavioral competence and empower individuals to make personal changes that will have the greatest short and long term impacts on individual and group success.

Learning at work
Debbie creates a learning environment that is confidential, and supportive. She encourages participants to actively exchange ideas and challenge existing beliefs while they work on individual or group issues.
She also believes that we grow most when we are at ease and enjoying ourselves, so she injects as much fun into the process as possible while maintaining a professional environment.
Debbie will work with you to design learning events that meets your organizations' particular needs. Alternatively, you may decide to select a standardized session from a list of popular leadership topics.

Leadership and Professional Development Programs
Debbie works with other trusted and experienced professionals from her network to provide modular or multi-day leadership development programs. The modular approach has the benefit of breaking a longer program down into shorter sections which can be accommodated more conveniently in a busy working schedule. The time between modules allows participants to apply their learning and refine action and development plans on an ongoing basis.
Our most successful development programs are supported by ongoing coaching. Participants partner with their own coach for the duration of the program. Their coaches provide assessment debriefings and guidance with individual development goal setting and action planning.
