Hi, I'm Debbie
I am the Principal of Jepson Coaching.
I founded Jepson Coaching in 1998 as Enabling Development International. Although the name has changed since then, the mission behind the business has remained the same: to help clients thrive at work.

My undergraduate degree is in Biology, from the University of Durham, UK, and I hold a Master's in Management Science from the Durham University Business School, UK. I gained business coaching certification from North Carolina Statue University in association with the Business Coach Institute, US and I am a member of ICF, the International Coaching Federation.

As a postgraduate, Debbie consolidated her extensive professional development coaching experience by obtaining a Business Coaching certification and joining the International Coach Federation.
To support her clients' development, she is certified in a wide range of assessment tools and instruments which she uses in one-to-one or team and group settings. She blends an authentic and pragmatic approach, robustly grounded in research and experience, to inspire and empower her clients to succeed.

Debbie believes that people gain their greatest insights and learning through a careful balance of challenge, reflection, and fun. Her clients are invited to leverage her broad leadership experience in human resources and talent development within the British National Health Service and as an independent consultant working with public and private sector clients in Europe and North America.

And on a personal note...
Debbie lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with her husband Ian. She is immensely proud of their twins, both 2015 graduates of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Their son earned his PhD at Ohio State University in 2022, and their daughter graduated in 2020 with a Masters in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
When she's not working with clients, Debbie loves to travel to explore new countries (38 to date) and experience new cultures.
She combines her love of travel with a desire to be outside as much as possible. Hiking, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking are particular pastimes she enjoys with her husband.
