How can I help you?

From individual coaching and lunch & learns, to webinars and workshops,

discover the services that Debbie can offer to teams and individuals.

Individual Coaching

Partnering with a coach enables individuals to gain new insights and make meaningful changes in their thinking or behaviors.  This helps them unlock their full potential and make more consistent and intentional choices.

Some individuals choose to enhance performance that is already great, whilst others work with Debbie to address behaviors that may otherwise derail their careers.

Coaching usually take place via face to face or virtual meetings over a 3 - 6 month period.  Coaching can be used as the sole development approach, or coupled with development programs to promote the transfer of learned skills from classroom to workplace.

Lunch & Learns

Sometimes we need our learning delivered in short sessions or bite size chunks.  Lunch & learn formats provide a more informal way to learn about current topics in shorter sessions.

Seminar workshops can stand alone, or feature as part of a series, to consolidate learning, and they make great  networking events.

Resources

Debbie prepares for each and every training session with the latest and most relevant information to hand.  She has collated some of her recommended resources to share with you, along with her own independent reflections on the material, including reviews on books helpful to professional development.

Debbie encourages you to explore her assessment tools and resources that can help you to start improving your performance and mindset in the workplace right away.

Workshops

Using best practice interactive approaches that help make learning stick, Debbie designs and facilitates stimulating training events that are tailored to meet individual and organizational learning objectives.

Workshops are a versatile development approach that can be delivered singly, or combined into modules or programs that enhance learning and meet business needs.

Participants from a single team or department, multi-disciplinary or multi-organizations can address their learning needs in a collaborative, interactive environment.

Teambuilding

Productively leveraging the strengths and diverse perspectives of a team can be a challenge for even the most seasoned leaders.

Debbie works with teams and their leaders, to build trust and common purpose, so that complex goals can be accomplished via collaboration and healthy debate.

Webinars

A live or recorded webinar format is particularly valuable when a team is spread across multiple locations and timezones.  Webinars can be used to share workshops and seminars within a workforce.

The format also provides more flexibility and control for individuals who prefer to learn at their own pace.

Debbie employs the same high standards to these short learning experiences as she does to longer programs and workshops to make them interactive and memorable.
